Apple Cinnamon Oat Cups
Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- tbsp collagen
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together then add in one small diced and peeled apple
Line a muffin pan with muffin liners
Bake for 35 minutes
Let cool then remove
