Apple Cinnamon Oat Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • tbsp collagen
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix together then add in one small diced and peeled apple

  3. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners

  4. Bake for 35 minutes

  5. Let cool then remove

  6. Topped with a little organic Pb
