Birthday Cake Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbs cashew milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • rainbow sprinkles ?

Preparation

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a small mixing bowl

  2. Add in dry ingredients and mix well

  3. The texture will be thick but use those arm muscles and keep mixing until well combined

  4. If it's too dry, add in another tablespoon of milk as needed

  5. Press the dough into a pan lined with parchment paper and top with sprinkles

  6. Place cookie dough into the fridge and let it chill before slicing
