Easy Plant-Based Meatball Boats

Ingredients

  • brioche hotdog bun
  • plant-based meatballs
  • no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • garlic Italian seasoning
  • stripey Jack cheese

Preparation

  1. Open and pull apart the brioche hotdog bun

  2. Pan fry the plant-based meatballs

  3. Stir the no added sugar tomato ketchup and garlic Italian seasoning into the meatballs

  4. Add the meatball mixture to the bread and top with stripey Jack cheese

  5. Bake in a hot oven for 6 minutes
