Fried Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sub

Ingredients

  • soft white sub roll
  • spreadable
  • vegan black pudding
  • 2 Lincolnshire sausages
  • 4 quail eggs
  • no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • chilli and garlic sauce

Preparation

  1. Slice and fry the vegan black pudding until cooked

  2. Slice and fry the Lincolnshire sausages until browned

  3. Fry the quail eggs until done

  4. Slice the sub roll open

  5. Spread the spreadable on the inside of the roll

  6. Assemble the fried black pudding, sausages, and eggs inside the roll

  7. Drizzle with tomato ketchup and chilli garlic sauce

  8. Serve immediately

Tips

  1. Use non-stick cookware to prevent sticking during frying

  2. Adjust sauce quantities based on personal taste preference
