Sausage and Pastrami Toastie
Ingredients
- 2 wholemeal digestion boost bread slices
- 1.5 NYC deli pastrami style
- 3 Lincolnshire sausages
- 3 light cheese slices
- 2 tablespoons lighter than light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Colman's mustard
- Wasabi rocket mix
- Baby peppers
- Spring onions
Preparation
Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together to make a sauce.
Cook the sausages in an air fryer until fully done.
Assemble the toastie by layering the bread, pastrami, sausages, cheese, sauce, and vegetables.
Cook in a panini press until the cheese is melty.
