Sausage and Pastrami Toastie

Ingredients

  • 2 wholemeal digestion boost bread slices
  • 1.5 NYC deli pastrami style
  • 3 Lincolnshire sausages
  • 3 light cheese slices
  • 2 tablespoons lighter than light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Colman's mustard
  • Wasabi rocket mix
  • Baby peppers
  • Spring onions

Preparation

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together to make a sauce.

  2. Cook the sausages in an air fryer until fully done.

  3. Assemble the toastie by layering the bread, pastrami, sausages, cheese, sauce, and vegetables.

  4. Cook in a panini press until the cheese is melty.
