Breakfast Flatbread Pizza with Egg

Ingredients

  • Greek style flatbread
  • No added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Leghorn white egg
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Smoked cheddar cheese
  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Paprika flakes
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Spread tomato ketchup over the flatbread.

  2. Partially cook the egg white in a single egg pan until the top is slightly gelatinous.

  3. Add the partially cooked egg to the flatbread.

  4. Grate the smoked cheddar, mix it with mozzarella, and sprinkle over the flatbread.

  5. Drizzle with chilli and garlic sauce, and sprinkle with paprika flakes and chives.

  6. Bake the entire assembly in a hot oven for 7-8 minutes.
