Breakfast Flatbread Pizza with Eggs

Ingredients

  • Greek style flatbread
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Garlic Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g grated mozzarella
  • Sea salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Pre-cooked bacon lardons

Preparation

  1. Fry the eggs until the whites are almost set

  2. Mix tomato puree, water, and garlic Italian seasoning to make the sauce

  3. Spread the sauce evenly over the flatbread

  4. Sprinkle grated mozzarella, sea salt, chilli flakes, and garlic Italian seasoning on top

  5. Add the fried eggs and pre-cooked bacon lardons

  6. Bake in a hot oven for 8 minutes
