Easy Vegan Oat Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1/2 cup regular flour
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Becel vegan margarine

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl

  2. On medium heat, melt margarine and cook pancakes until golden

  3. Serve with your desired toppings
