Fresh Basil and Sunflower Seed Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups (60g) fresh basil
- 1/3 cup (50g) sunflower seeds
- 2 cloves (10g) fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Add ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until creamy.
This recipe makes about 1 cup (210g) pesto.
