Healthy Sea Moss Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 cup Hemp milk
  • 1 tbs Chia seeds
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup SEA MOSS Gel

Preparation

  1. Add banana, hemp milk, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and sea moss gel to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Add spinach and blend briefly to keep texture intact
