Healthy Sea Moss Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- A handful of spinach
- 1 cup Hemp milk
- 1 tbs Chia seeds
- 2 tbs sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup SEA MOSS Gel
Preparation
Add banana, hemp milk, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and sea moss gel to a blender and blend until smooth
Add spinach and blend briefly to keep texture intact
