Preparation
Grind the peanut sauce ingredients, adding water gradually to achieve desired consistency. Add sweet soy sauce last after all ingredients are blended and smooth, then adjust seasoning to taste.
Arrange the fried tofu, blanched bean sprouts, and diced cucumber on a plate. Drizzle with the peanut sauce, add the garnishes, and serve.
