Pickled Grilled Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 2 sweet corns
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 handful fried peanuts
Pickling sauce
- 700 ml water
- 5 curly chilies
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoons tamarind water
Preparation
Grill the sweet corn until cooked, then shred and set aside.
Blend the chilies.
Cook the blended chilies with water, sugar, vinegar, and tamarind water.
Ensure the sauce tastes sour, sweet, and spicy; once ready, remove from heat and let it cool.
In a bowl, pour the sauce, add the shredded grilled corn and sliced cucumber, then sprinkle with fried peanuts.

Serve cold for the best flavor.
