Raspberry Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • Splash of plant-based milk

Toppings

  • yogurt
  • almond butter
  • seeds
  • fresh berries
  • a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
  • a couple of vanoffee covered cashew nuts

Preparation

  1. Blend until thick and smooth.

  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with yogurt, almond butter, seeds, fresh berries, a couple of chunks of dark chocolate, and a couple of vanoffee covered cashew nuts.
