​Sesame Garlic String Bean Bowls

Ingredients

  • Sesame Garlic String Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon red miso paste, or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz. string beans

Preparation

  1. Whisk sesame oil, miso paste, maple syrup and water in a small bowl

  2. Wash string beans and snap off ends

  3. Heat a large pan or wok and add string beans

  4. Then add sauce and toss well

  5. Cover and cook a few minutes until the string beans are just tender and serve!! We like these with steamed rice + edamame
