Spicy Sesame Tahini Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
Preparation
Heat your skillet.
Add the sesame oil and fry the garlic and red pepper flakes for about 3 minutes, then transfer to a blender.
Add tahini, water, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Process until smooth.
Toss your favorite noodles in it and add spinach, kale, arugula or whatever you like for some good greens.
