Vegan Chickpea and Vegetable Wrap for Lunch
Ingredients
- Houmous
- Piccolo tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Small can of chickpeas
- Olive oil
- Smoked paprika
- Hot chilli powder (about half a tsp)
- Cumin
Preparation
Fry a small can of chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, hot chilli powder (about half a tsp), and cumin.
Assemble the wrap with houmous, piccolo tomatoes, lettuce, and the fried chickpeas mixture.
