Vegan Chickpea and Vegetable Wrap for Lunch

Ingredients

  • Houmous
  • Piccolo tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Small can of chickpeas
  • Olive oil
  • Smoked paprika
  • Hot chilli powder (about half a tsp)
  • Cumin

Preparation

  1. Fry a small can of chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, hot chilli powder (about half a tsp), and cumin.

  2. Assemble the wrap with houmous, piccolo tomatoes, lettuce, and the fried chickpeas mixture.
