Vegan Tofu Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • Extra firm tofu
  • Roasted salted seaweed
  • Old bay
  • 1 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Slice the tofu into thick pieces without draining to help the seaweed stick.

  2. Season the tofu with Old Bay to taste and wrap it in seaweed.

  3. Make the beer batter by mixing flour, beer, and salt until smooth.

  4. Coat the tofu in the batter and fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving suggestions

  1. Enjoy it as a taco, fish sandwich, or in other creative ways.
