Banana Mango Smoothie with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 4 mint leaves

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp granola

Preparation

  1. Add coconut milk, banana, mango, ginger, and mint leaves to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour into glasses and top with blueberries and granola

  4. Use frozen mango chunks for a colder smoothie, if desired
