Banana Mango Smoothie with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup mango
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 4 mint leaves
Toppings
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp granola
Preparation
Add coconut milk, banana, mango, ginger, and mint leaves to a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into glasses and top with blueberries and granola
Use frozen mango chunks for a colder smoothie, if desired
