Blueberry Hemp Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 big scoop of coconut cream (thick part in a chilled can of full-fat coconut milk)
- 1 scoop hemp protein
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla plant milk
Preparation
In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all ingredients
Blend until smooth
Use more liquid if needed
If you don’t like banana, add more blueberries
