Blueberry Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 big scoop of coconut cream (thick part in a chilled can of full-fat coconut milk)
  • 1 scoop hemp protein
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla plant milk

Preparation

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all ingredients

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Use more liquid if needed

  4. If you don’t like banana, add more blueberries
