Delicious Frozen Banana Smoothie Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • 150ml plant milk
  • 2 Tbs carob (sub with cacao)
  • 2 Tbs oats
  • 1 tsp psyllium husks
  • 1 Tbs flaxseed

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Top with peanut butter, Chufella (a sugar-free chocolate spread), defrosted cherries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut, and other fruit or toppings of your choice.
