Delicious Frozen Banana Smoothie Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 150ml plant milk
- 2 Tbs carob (sub with cacao)
- 2 Tbs oats
- 1 tsp psyllium husks
- 1 Tbs flaxseed
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth.
Top with peanut butter, Chufella (a sugar-free chocolate spread), defrosted cherries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut, and other fruit or toppings of your choice.
