Easy Homemade Electrolyte Drink with Lemon
Ingredients
- 16 oz filtered water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- OPTIONAL: 1 tbsp coconut sugar or maple syrup
Preparation
Combine 16 oz of filtered water, juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 tsp of sea salt, and optionally 1 tbsp of coconut sugar or maple syrup for sweetness.
Stir well to mix all ingredients.
Drink the mixture to replenish electrolytes, or alternatively, consume fresh coconut water for a similar effect.
