Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbsp vegan yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp peanut protein powder
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- granola
- cacao nibs
- mylk chocolate buttons
- chocolate drizzle
Preparation
Freeze 1 banana in the freezer for 1 hour.
Blend the frozen banana with 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, 2 tbsp vegan yeast flakes, 2 tbsp peanut protein powder, and 1 tsp peanut butter until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, cacao nibs, mylk chocolate buttons, and chocolate drizzle.
