Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp vegan yeast flakes
  • 2 tbsp peanut protein powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • granola
  • cacao nibs
  • mylk chocolate buttons
  • chocolate drizzle

Preparation

  1. Freeze 1 banana in the freezer for 1 hour.

  2. Blend the frozen banana with 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt, 2 tbsp vegan yeast flakes, 2 tbsp peanut protein powder, and 1 tsp peanut butter until smooth.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with granola, cacao nibs, mylk chocolate buttons, and chocolate drizzle.
