Manic Monday Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp milled hemp
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 250ml unsweetened plant based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together.

  2. Slurp and rush out of the door.
