Three-Ingredient Aquafaba Chocolate Orange Mousse

Ingredients

  • Aquafaba from one can of chickpeas
  • 30g chocolate soy isolate
  • 5g cacao powder and a squeeze of half an orange

Preparation

  1. Extract the aquafaba from one can of chickpeas and mix with the other ingredients.

  2. Use a high-speed electronic hand mixer to whisk until it becomes foamy.

  3. Allow 5 minutes to whisk.

  4. Optionally, add extra crunch by filling the jar with chocolate soy crispies, cacao nibs, top with a chocolate orange bar, and drizzle with chocolate orange flavor shot.
