Three-Ingredient Aquafaba Chocolate Orange Mousse
Ingredients
- Aquafaba from one can of chickpeas
- 30g chocolate soy isolate
- 5g cacao powder and a squeeze of half an orange
Preparation
Extract the aquafaba from one can of chickpeas and mix with the other ingredients.
Use a high-speed electronic hand mixer to whisk until it becomes foamy.
Allow 5 minutes to whisk.
Optionally, add extra crunch by filling the jar with chocolate soy crispies, cacao nibs, top with a chocolate orange bar, and drizzle with chocolate orange flavor shot.
