Cheats Chocolate Chickpea Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 small can chickpeas, washed and drained (or 1/2 a standard sized can)
  • 1 bar vegan protein cookie dough
  • Splash of chocolate almond milk (only a few tbsps)

Toppings

  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the mixture in a food processor until smooth, adding more milk as necessary, but keep it thick.

  2. Scoop out and top with chocolate chips.

  3. Serve with crisp apple, pear, golden kiwi, and a drizzle of chocolate hazelnut butter.
