Cheats Chocolate Chickpea Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 small can chickpeas, washed and drained (or 1/2 a standard sized can)
- 1 bar vegan protein cookie dough
- Splash of chocolate almond milk (only a few tbsps)
Toppings
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Blend the mixture in a food processor until smooth, adding more milk as necessary, but keep it thick.
Scoop out and top with chocolate chips.
Serve with crisp apple, pear, golden kiwi, and a drizzle of chocolate hazelnut butter.
