Easy and Simple Homemade Pizza Base

Ingredients

  • 350g plain flour
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 75ml warm water

Preparation

  1. Knead the flour, yoghurt, and water together, adding more water if needed to form a dough.

  2. Top the dough with your favorite toppings, such as vegetables and mozzarella.

  3. Bake in an oven at 220°C or Gas Mark 5 for 20 minutes.
