Easy Vegan Smoothie with Protein Boost

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups frozen fruit
  • 1-2 cups veggies
  • 1-2 cups liquid of choice (dairy-free milk, coconut water, juice, brewed tea, coffee)
  • 1-2 tablespoons nut butter
  • more fruit (optional)
  • dairy-free yogurt (optional)
  • hemp seeds (optional)
  • tofu (optional)
  • protein powder
  • energy boosters like cacao, maca, or matcha

Preparation

  1. Add 1-2 cups of frozen fruit to a blender

  2. To boost the nutrition, add in 1-2 cups of veggies of choice

  3. Add in your liquid of choice, such as dairy-free milk, coconut water, juice, brewed tea, or coffee. Use 1-2 cups

  4. Thicken it up with 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter, more fruit, or for more protein, dairy-free yogurt, hemp seeds, or tofu

  5. Boost it with protein powder or energy boosters like cacao, maca, or matcha

  6. Blend it all and drink
