Easy Vegan Smoothie with Protein Boost
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups frozen fruit
- 1-2 cups veggies
- 1-2 cups liquid of choice (dairy-free milk, coconut water, juice, brewed tea, coffee)
- 1-2 tablespoons nut butter
- more fruit (optional)
- dairy-free yogurt (optional)
- hemp seeds (optional)
- tofu (optional)
- protein powder
- energy boosters like cacao, maca, or matcha
Preparation
Add 1-2 cups of frozen fruit to a blender
To boost the nutrition, add in 1-2 cups of veggies of choice
Add in your liquid of choice, such as dairy-free milk, coconut water, juice, brewed tea, or coffee. Use 1-2 cups
Thicken it up with 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter, more fruit, or for more protein, dairy-free yogurt, hemp seeds, or tofu
Boost it with protein powder or energy boosters like cacao, maca, or matcha
Blend it all and drink
