Pan-Fried Tomato and Mushrooms Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • a dash of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a pack of baby mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • chopped basil or parsley

Preparation

  1. Add a dash of olive oil to a pan and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Fry for a few minutes.

  2. Add a pack of baby mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of Tamari sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  3. Add some sliced cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 5-8 minutes.

  4. Ideally add chopped basil, but parsley can be used as a substitute.
