Pannacotta with Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 dl whip cream
- 2 dl jelly sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- raspberry sauce:
- 4 dl frozen raspberries
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 dl water
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pot and stir. When it starts to bowl, Pour the liquid into glasses and place in the fridge to harden. Top the pannacottas off with the raspberry sauce when they are done. -
Add the raspberries, lemon juice and water to a pot and let the berries warm up
Then add the sugar
Stir until everything is boiling
If you don’t want the seeds, strain the berries so you only get a nice smooth liquid
