Ramen Burger with Veggie Patty and Broth

Ingredients

  • naked glory burger
  • ramen noodles
  • egg (optional)
  • lettuce
  • sriracha sauce
  • salad

Broth

  • soy sauce
  • water
  • vegetable stock
  • ginger
  • chilli
  • sweetener
  • onion salt

Preparation

  1. Cook and drain the ramen noodles.

  2. Mix the noodles with an egg (skip for vegan option and let noodles dry out a little).

  3. Press the mixture into two egg rings.

  4. Fry the pressed noodles, flip, and fry again.

  5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.

  6. Assemble the burger with lettuce, sriracha sauce, and salad.

  7. Combine broth ingredients: soy sauce, water, vegetable stock, ginger, chilli, sweetener, and onion salt.
