Ramen Burger with Veggie Patty and Broth
Ingredients
- naked glory burger
- ramen noodles
- egg (optional)
- lettuce
- sriracha sauce
- salad
Broth
- soy sauce
- water
- vegetable stock
- ginger
- chilli
- sweetener
- onion salt
Preparation
Cook and drain the ramen noodles.
Mix the noodles with an egg (skip for vegan option and let noodles dry out a little).
Press the mixture into two egg rings.
Fry the pressed noodles, flip, and fry again.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
Assemble the burger with lettuce, sriracha sauce, and salad.
Combine broth ingredients: soy sauce, water, vegetable stock, ginger, chilli, sweetener, and onion salt.
