Triple Sesame and Ginger Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
Preparation
Blend tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, water, and minced ginger in a high-speed blender until well combined.
Taste the dressing and adjust by adding more tamari or maple syrup if needed to suit your preferences.
Stir in white and black sesame seeds until mixed.
The dressing is ready to use on salads or as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or fresh vegetables.
