Red Lentil Dahl with Nacho Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup of red lentils
  • whole wheat wrap
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of Indian Madras Curry Paste

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger and put them with the coconut milk, the chopped tomatoes, and the red lentils in a pan.

  2. Bring everything to a boil and cook until the lentils are soft.

  3. Add the Indian Madras Curry Paste and salt to taste.

  4. Cut the whole wheat wrap into triangles and bake the chips in the oven until brown. (Air Fryer: 4 min, 180 °C)
