Easy Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potato Breakfast with Pecans

Ingredients

  • sweet potatoes
  • coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • pecans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Coat sweet potatoes with coconut oil and cinnamon.

  2. Roast sweet potatoes at 400F for about 30 minutes.

  3. Reheat the roasted sweet potatoes.

  4. Coat pecans with cinnamon and coconut oil.

  5. Toast pecans in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or use a skillet as an alternative.

  6. Add half a banana and one tablespoon of cashew butter to the plate.
