Easy Creamy Quinoa Porridge Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia or flax
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Warm it up.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as homemade almond butter, berries, and sliced almonds.
Note: This recipe is great for using leftover quinoa from previous meals.
