Easy Vanilla Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 70 g fine rolled oats
  • a pinch of salt
  • 500 ml oatmilk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup

Toppings

  • banana
  • strawberries
  • hazelnut brittle
  • roasted coconut chips (mango seasalt flavor)
  • chocolate 'peanut sea salt' from @raccoonchoc

Preparation

  1. Roast oats in a pot without oil until it smells good.

  2. Turn the heat to low, then add salt and oatmilk.

  3. Let simmer until it thickens.

  4. Take the pot from the stove top and stir in flaxseeds, vanilla, cinnamon and agave syrup.
