Creamy Quinoa Porridge with Banana and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a pan and cook on a medium heat until thick and creamy.

  2. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

  3. I served mine with some apple and homemade hazelnut butter.
