Delicious Cinnamon Oat and Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup gf flour
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Put the flour and oats into the blender first and blitz to a flour.
Add the almond milk and remaining ingredients and blend again.
Lightly oil frying pan, heat to medium high heat.
Use a tbsp of mix to make loads of small pancakes, turn once golden and stack.
There isn’t a big rise and optionally add a couple of tbsp of maple syrup to the mix if you have a sweeter tooth.
