Delicious Cinnamon Oat and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup gf flour
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Put the flour and oats into the blender first and blitz to a flour.

  2. Add the almond milk and remaining ingredients and blend again.

  3. Lightly oil frying pan, heat to medium high heat.

  4. Use a tbsp of mix to make loads of small pancakes, turn once golden and stack.

  5. There isn’t a big rise and optionally add a couple of tbsp of maple syrup to the mix if you have a sweeter tooth.
