Easy Overnight Oats with Banana and Berries
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Add everything except banana to a Tupperware container and stir to combine.
Place in the fridge overnight.
Before eating, add the mashed banana, stir, and include any extras you enjoy.
If adding nuts directly to soak, increase liquid by an extra 1/4 cup to help with absorption.
Consider adding pumpkin seeds or walnuts for extra texture if desired.
