Vegan Gluten Free Refined Sugar Free Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup quinoa flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 TBS coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl
Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk together (don't overmix)
Use 1/3 measuring cup to pour the batter onto a non-stick pan (low to med heat)
Cook just until pancake batter starts to bubble then turn and cook other side
Top as desired and enjoy
