Easy Homemade Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp flax meal + 4 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup quinoa flour
- 1/4 cup @sproutliving epic protein, unflavored
- Sprinkle of vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Mix flax meal and water and let sit for 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients until creamy batter forms.
Spoon into your oiled waffle maker.
Top with nut butter, hemp seeds, more chocolate chips, and banana.
