Easy Homemade Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flax meal + 4 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flour
  • 1/4 cup @sproutliving epic protein, unflavored
  • Sprinkle of vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Mix flax meal and water and let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients until creamy batter forms.

  3. Spoon into your oiled waffle maker.

  4. Top with nut butter, hemp seeds, more chocolate chips, and banana.
