Sweet Quinoa Porridge with Banana and Berries
Ingredients
- Quinoa
- Coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Cinnamon
- Coconut yogurt
- Berries
- Nuts and seeds
Preparation
Cook the quinoa in coconut milk.
Mash the banana and add it to the cooked quinoa along with one tablespoon of peanut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Top the mixture with a dollop of coconut yogurt, berries, and chopped nuts and seeds.
