Sweet Quinoa Porridge with Banana and Berries

Ingredients

  • Quinoa
  • Coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Berries
  • Nuts and seeds

Preparation

  1. Cook the quinoa in coconut milk.

  2. Mash the banana and add it to the cooked quinoa along with one tablespoon of peanut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  3. Top the mixture with a dollop of coconut yogurt, berries, and chopped nuts and seeds.
