Vegan Scrambled French Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp chia
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2-3 slices bread
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the bread and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
Chop the bread into bite-size chunks and put them on a non-stick pan.
Pour the batter on the bread, mix and fry for about 5-10 minutes until crispy and brown.
Serve with some maple syrup, nut butter and a glass of warm milk and enjoy.
