Easy Vegan Puttanesca Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp chili (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 200g fresh plum tomatoes
- 3 mushrooms
- 70g whole wheat pasta
Preparation
Add olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and tomatoes to a non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft
Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked
Cook your pasta according to the package
Add 5 tbsp of the pasta water to the pan before you drain the pasta water
Now add the pasta to the pan and serve
