Homemade Sushi

Ingredients

  • cucumber
  • - avocado
  • - roasted sweet potato
  • - breaded toasted courgette
  • - sticky teriyaki fried aubergine (teriyaki, garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce, maple syrup)
  • - teriyaki roasted tofu

Preparation

  1. Tofu (press the tofu then marinate in the fridge, then roast on 180° for 20mins ish until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

  2. I followed a recipe for the duck pancakes from @lazycatkitchen which I’ve made before and I love! It’s very easy and then we bought the pancakes from an asian store and had it with cucumber sticks? and hoisin/plum sauce?
