Purple Smoothie with Black Goji Berries
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond recommended)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon black goji berries
Optional additions
- 1-2 protein bars for extra nutrition
