Purple Smoothie with Black Goji Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon black goji berries

Optional additions

  • 1-2 protein bars for extra nutrition
