Simple Fresh Mango Ceviche with Lime and Avocado
Ingredients
- 3 mangos
- 2 scallions
- handful cilantro
- 1/4 purple onion
- juice of 10 limes
- 2 serrano peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: pulse or kelp granules
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Complement the ceviche with rice, quinoa, tostadas, lettuce or whatever you prefer.
Marinate longer for better taste.
