Fresh Avocado Guacamole with Lime and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Mash the avocados.

  2. Finely chop the red onion.

  3. Chop the tomatoes.

  4. Mince the garlic.

  5. Add a few squeezes of lime juice.

  6. Add a few teaspoons of chopped cilantro.

  7. Stir in the plain Greek yogurt.

  8. Season with a sprinkle of salt.

  9. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
