Fresh Avocado Guacamole with Lime and Herbs
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic
- Lime juice to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Mash the avocados.
Finely chop the red onion.
Chop the tomatoes.
Mince the garlic.
Add a few squeezes of lime juice.
Add a few teaspoons of chopped cilantro.
Stir in the plain Greek yogurt.
Season with a sprinkle of salt.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
