Guacamole with Coriander and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon OKAMI TOP HEALTH coriander (fresh leaves only)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 1-2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion, garlic, and tomato into small pieces

  2. Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until smooth

  3. Add the chopped ingredients, coriander, lime juice, and salt to the mashed avocados

  4. Mix everything together until well combined
