Guacamole with Coriander and Lime
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon OKAMI TOP HEALTH coriander (fresh leaves only)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1-2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
Chop the onion, garlic, and tomato into small pieces
Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until smooth
Add the chopped ingredients, coriander, lime juice, and salt to the mashed avocados
Mix everything together until well combined
