Crispy Chickpea Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 240g chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • half cup of oats
  • 1 teaspoon cumin + barbecue
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small mixer or food processor

  2. Let the dough rest for 30 min

  3. Form the dough in pieces and roll in sesame seeds

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the patties and cook until golden and crispy
