Homemade Strawberries and Cream Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- strawberries
Preparation
Melt 1 cup coconut butter and 1/4 cup coconut oil in a small saucepan on low heat, careful not to burn.
Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Pour into a tin lined with parchment and freeze for 10 minutes until slightly firm, then add strawberries and freeze for another hour.
Let it soften before serving.
