Homemade Strawberries and Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Melt 1 cup coconut butter and 1/4 cup coconut oil in a small saucepan on low heat, careful not to burn.

  2. Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

  3. Pour into a tin lined with parchment and freeze for 10 minutes until slightly firm, then add strawberries and freeze for another hour.

  4. Let it soften before serving.
